<li>Installed a chimney flue through the wall to safely vent boiler exhaust outside.</li>
<li>Drilled through the wall and fitted an external hose point and retractable hose system for outdoor cleaning without moving the machine.</li>
<li>Installed external remote start/stop controls so the operator can run the machine from outside the building.</li>
<li>Repaired and retained the existing Ehrle HSC as a backup machine for the farm.</li>

<p style="font-weight: 400;">Although the original Nilfisk Alto unloaders are generally very reliable, this particular application was simply too demanding for the standard setup long-term.</p>
<h3 style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Our Solution</strong></h3>

<li style="font-weight: 400;">Converted the machine from the original Nilfisk Alto unloader setup to a VB9-style unloader system.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Modified fittings and pressure regulation setup to suit the new unloader configuration.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Fully stripped the pump assembly for inspection and wear checks.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Serviced the pump including seals, valves, and general inspection work.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Carried out a full burner service to maintain reliable heating performance.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;">Tested machine operation, pressure regulation, and bypass function following modification.</li>
