What they needed

We were asked to install a new electric three-phase cold static Electrajet wall-mounted pressure washer system for a manufacturing company in Nottingham. The customer had recently expanded into a new warehouse and needed a powerful, reliable cleaning solution to support component washing and day-to-day operations.

Problem / Requirement

  • Existing setup: The customer had no fixed pressure washer system in the new warehouse and relied on portable equipment in other areas of the site.
  • Main issues: Limited cleaning efficiency, no hot water assistance, and increased workload due to expanding production.
  • Site conditions: A dedicated washroom was in place, requiring pipework and remote operation to keep the area clean and organised.
  • Usage: Regular weekly use for cleaning manufactured components and general washdown tasks.

The customer wanted a permanent, professional installation that would deliver higher cleaning performance, reduce manual effort, and prepare the new warehouse for increased demand.

Our Solution / Work Carried Out

  • Installed a three-phase electric cold static wall-mounted pressure washer for high-power cleaning in the new warehouse.
  • Fitted a thermal mixing valve on the inlet plumbing to provide a stable, continuous supply of warm water and improve cleaning performance.
  • Ran pipework into the washroom to supply the cleaning point neatly and efficiently.
  • Installed a remote start/stop control to allow the machine to be operated from inside the washroom without accessing the main unit.
  • Fitted a compact hose reel to keep the wash area tidy and make handling the hose easier during cleaning.
  • Mounted the system securely to the wall to keep it off the floor and maximise workspace.

The Result

  • The new three-phase wall-mounted system provides powerful, reliable cleaning for components and general washdown tasks.
  • The thermal mixing valve delivers a controlled warm water supply, helping debris and contaminants remove more easily compared to cold water alone.
