Bypass Foam Injector Modification For A Nilfisk SH Truck On A Farm In Ellistown

What they needed

This customer wanted a more effective way of applying chemicals through their Nilfisk Truck Booster for regular farm cleaning duties in Ellistown. The existing setup offered limited detergent application, so we modified the machine with a dedicated chemical injector system to improve cleaning performance and usability. 

Problem / Requirement

  • Existing setup: Nilfisk Truck Booster with limited chemical application capability.

  • Installed a dedicated external chemical injector onto the side of the Nilfisk Truck Booster.
  • Modified pipework and fittings to integrate the injector into the existing wash system.
  • Configured the system for improved detergent draw and application performance.
